At DCM Consulting and Firearms, we are always looking for ways to improve our services to the consumer. From today on, price quotes must be printed and initialed by employees. If you receive an online quote, a code will be provided to you with that quote. We hope that this new system assists all of our customers in getting the best prices around. We will no longer give quotes over the phone.

Just to clarify, quotes will only be given in written form or by email which must be presented at time of ordering to obtain the quoted price. We will no longer give quotes over the phone. As with any policy or policy change we strive to give the customer the best experience possible but changes driven by past experiences with some customers force us to make these changes.
